This is probably a stupid question, but why didn't anyone make a World Devistator Card?

Evaders is good to us... I never seemed to get around to downloading the program Or installing the game on a computer with internet access for that matter... I must do that some day and make a mod or two...

Ok, the card was pretty cool, but it is just a troop card.

 

Now a World Devastator is supposed the to be a facility but mobile. Build troops and ships. Also be able to defend its self.

 

Can you modify just a card to do these things? Or is it a card and .dll modifactions as well? And which .dll file? (if its possible)

Hang on! Don't loose heart! Given your obvious enthusiasm for such a card, do some ground work by finding some descent source images for such a card, forward them my way, and i'll do you a card you can upload to the site by way of master Evaders!
