Question
SD_NZ
hi guys,
once again great work on rebellion. After forking out for SW EAW when it came out I am now back to playing rebellion in my spare time! What a waste of cash...
Anyway, I have checking out the features of Rebed, specifically the galaxy editor now. Has anyone tried having all the systems in the galaxy colonised? How will this affect the game? What else is worthwhile chaniging in the galaxy ed?
I have started a game with all systems colonised. After the slow start the rebels did start getting systems in the rim to join, after day 500 they have 2 outer rim sectors plus a few other planets. But I made the mistake of making some their ships too cheap and the rebels were pumping out corellian corvettes, with fleets of upwards of 20.
So a further question is - if I use rebed to change values, ie refined costs of ships, during a game will this stuff up ai builds? I have a feeling that the corvettes already in construction will be stuck in an endless loop due to the change in calue and never get produced and thereby tie up the ai's ship yards. Any exeprienc in this field?
thanks.
