It says plain as day that Cade is a descendant of Anakin and Luke Skywalker. Besides, if he was Jacen's grandson he would be a Solo, not a Skywalker. Or he could possibly be the son of Jacen's daughter, in which case he probably wouldn't be a Solo either.
