It was either that or the Agincourt Sword but I didnt think I cared for it as much. Â I tried hefting one of these while I was there. It was much lighter than I would have expected but still way out of the weight range that I could handle. Â My new sword kicks ass. It's got a great balance to it, and doesn't weigh a ton but enough that you know it's solid. The handle is large enough that I can grip it two handed if I want to but thanks to the balance I can actually use this one handed. Thankfully my Dad was there when I bought it because he knows enough about carbon levels in steel. I can never remember the numbers for some reason but he's an engineer and has worked with diffrient strengths of steel before. He didn't have anything negative to say about the carbon levels and that was about the only thing I was still worried about at that point.
