I've been wondering, has anyone ever tried taking an actual flight simulator and Moding it with Star Wars fighters?

I'm not talking about mods for things like BF2, but a real flight sim game.

Anyone?

(I'm guessing you'd need to use some of the flight characteristics of a helicopter or a Harrier to get the repulsors to work right.)

Does it simulate G-forces on the pilot and/or crew? If so, something would have to be done about that. With an inertial compensation I'm guessing an X-wing could pull a 10G manuver easy in atmosphere.

And they're really not that fast in air, something like 1,300kph?
