"Popular Support" Display bar Problem

I'm trying to work through creating my own TC. (Everyone seems to be doing it at the moment ) I'm still in the early stages though.

 

I have the New Rupublic starting from Coruscant, but have a problem with the display.

 

I've changed all the Facility, Defence, Ship and Mission icons that display around a planet successfully, but cannot find any bitmaps that control the Popular Support display bar.

 

I'm also having problems finding the control for the fonts of the Planet names.

 

This means for example on startup that Coruscant has Red icons for Facility, Defence, Ship and Mission Icons, but green font for Coruscant and the "Popular Support" display bar is all green

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this

Is it solvable
