Yea, another one of these Korean MMORPGs coming out. Looks to be a type of game very similar to Diablo.

Look at the opening cinematics video... doesn't everything just remind of you of Lord of the Rings. It just seems like a lot of imagery from the movies influenced this game. Granted, its in the fantasy genre, so it'll have to have familiar things. But I start to think specifics.. like "Helm's Deep" .. sorta waiting for the hobbits to pop out :)

Of course, its also familiar because Howard Shore scores the music - yep, he also did LOTR

Go figure eh? At least in the next cinematic, it shows some very cool fighting and a dragon. I don't remember any influences of dragons in the movie (I'm not an LOTR buff, so perhaps there are references to dragons in LOTR books - I'm uninformed here). So hopefully there are things we haven't seen before, just doesn't rehash every other fantasy game we've seen

Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.

The first dragon that pops into my mind from LOTR was Smaug, from The Hobbit. I believe there were some other lesser dragons mentioned in The Silmarillion, but that was a long time ago) :D
Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?

There were a bunch of dragons that Sauran's master Morgoth created during the First Age. But most of them were destroyed throughout the ages. I think Smaug was the last dragon in existence. There were lesser dragons called drakes, and some of these had no legs or wings so they crawled like a snake. But they were nowhere as big as dragons.

Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side!

Don't feel bad Mad, most Korean MMORPGs are very "hard core". I used to play Lineage II, and let me tell you, you really have to like that game to grind away at it long enough to get anywhere!

I can't deny that Howard Shore is an excellent composer, but the score to that video simply attests to his lack of creativity. At least when John Williams does a score to something you don't stop and say "Wow, that sounds like Star Wars".

History is on the move, Captain. Those who cannot keep up with it will be left behind, to watch from a distance. And those who stand in our way will not watch at all.

I personally liked the LOTR soundtrack... I thought it was awesome and hummed it whilst walking about. IMHO Morrowind has better graphics- 'course this is on line with multiple players, but still. t3h 0bl1\/10n 5h4ll 0\/\/n 17! (The Oblivion shall own it, for those of you who do not speak my variation of 1337 {Leet})
