Newbie to Warlords

Alright! Since finding this website a few days ago I'm ecstatic to find a community dedicated to an RTS Star Wars game (Rebellion) that was extremely underrated, and now I've learned of the Homeworld 2 mods available.

I planned on getting HW2 a few months ago, but kept putting it off, I played the first, and wanted the second, but nowhere nearby sold it. I'll be getting it in a few days...

 

My question before I buy is:

Will it be possible to simply switch between regular Homeworld 2, and the Warlords mod, or, if I install the Warlords, is that all I'll be able to run?

Yes, Warlords loads off a different shortcut. You will still be able to play the original
