Possible to edit savegames?

Hello I downloaded Rebed and its working fine. My only Problem is that I have to start a new game for the changes to work. Is there a way to edit my savegames?

I believe there was a saved game editor before RebEd came about, but it was combersom and confusing. You may be able to find it if you search the nether corners of the internet, but beware, you may return a changed person.
