I may be wrong, but I think The_Mask's real name is Billy Loomis. Its odd to see two Loomises on a game like Rebellion, so I was wondering if there was any relation there? Wouldn't that be cool? We know perfectly well that nobody can legally give us source codes to the game. I even got in touch with Hugh Sider by email... Anyway, we didn't get any real goodies from him, although he did shed some light on certain areas.
