Ok, I've actually been following this mod for a really long time now, but I only got around to registering on these forums now. First off, awesome mod. Now for my Newb question: I have been trying to connect to the chat (both with Mirc and the link on your website) and in both cases i get a message that says either java.lang.NullPointerException or software cause interuption. Any help would be great, sorry if this has already been answered, but I'm nwe to these forums (usually over at relic) and i'm a little strapped for teim.

You probably need to reinstall the Java runtime files.

Another idea would be to install a IRC client on your system such as mIRC
