I was wondering if it is possible to have the rebels start with coruscant as their capitol and the empire as the side with the moving headquarters?

Its possible but it takes work. You'd need to use Rebed to switch all the empire's cards to the rebel side and vice versa. It would mean that you would have to change all the events, drop 2 alliance characters (try Han and Mothma) and then add 2 Empire "Main" characters (Thrawn and someone else. Piett)

And then if you told them to command they would switch to original names, and Bounty Hunters would be constantly after one of the Empires characters.

alright, i'll give it a try! thanks. I'll let you know how it turns out. Also, how exactly do you change the events?

Go into the strategy.dll file and replace all the pictures in the bmp folder dealing with the events, and the sounds dealing with them, too

can i replace them with nothing and just leave them blank? I don't really have any new event pictures to replace them with yet.

yeah. Just make a black picture, 400x200 (use the correct palette) and go with that. Or if you really dont care about the events, just leave them as they are

Right now I have darth vader in luke skywalkers place and just change the character pics on the jedi luke slot. Will vader disappear for a short time since he's in that slot now?

not bad! I hadn't thought of that. Thanks! I also thought that since my mod is in the timeline where thrawn still uses the noghri that maybe I'll just say he went back to chiss space for a little while and came back with new technology for ships. I don't know, what do you think?
