AdmiralToguroAni Posted September 2, 2005 Posted September 2, 2005 Today I was doing some voices for my characters and putting them into the Embrief.dll file. I decided to test out my voices and so I saved Reshacker and loaded up Rebellion. As soon as it loaded up, I could no longer bypass the briefing, and neither Agent was there! It was like all the animation and images from Embrief was gone! Please tell me how to fix this! Thanks! Count Dooku is the strongest Star Wars character as depicted in the movies. AdmiralToguroAni Posted September 6, 2005 Author Posted September 6, 2005 Sorry to bump this, but until I can figure out whats going on, all my work has to stop! Please if anyone has had this problem, or knows what to do, let me know. Its very frustrating! Count Dooku is the strongest Star Wars character as depicted in the movies. All hail Christopher Lee.
PsychoInfiltrator Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 Did you try reverting your Embrief file to what it was before the voice change? Or did you check to see if you did in fact delete those missing files or do something weird to them? TK421 Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 reset all settings and DAT files Maybe the file size of the WAV is extraordinary large, or is it in the wrong format? Z'anthr saves the world. Sorry about the mess...
AdmiralToguroAni Posted September 7, 2005 Author Posted September 7, 2005 Okay, I used the old file and it worked. Looks like I'll have to replace all the voices and, worst of all, all the Agent Animation. I think Darth Vader said it best: "NOOOOOOOOOOO!"(EDIT: We get the point, you don't have to make it longer than most window resolutions) /sigh Count Dooku is the strongest Star Wars character as depicted in the movies. All hail Christopher Lee.
