Converting WMV to SMK

I need to know how to convert my WMV files to SMK, then how to import them using Smacker Tool into rebellion. I tried just renaming the file, but then Smacker won't recognize it as a valid file. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry for the double post, but I think I should have been more specific:

 

I downloaded the smacker program on Mask's site, and I think I managed to get everything in the readme other than teh framerate part (I couldnt find the 15kbs or any of those settings). When I hit the "Smack" button after doing all that, it says "Cannot read filename.wmv" and nothing happens. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Maybe Smacker doesn't know how to handle wmv files.

A work around is to convert WMV to avi or mov, and than to smk

I tried to convert to AVI, but it still said "Could not open filename.avi" in the Smacker program. Any ideas?

I hate to ask, but could someone who has done this before give me a step-by-step walkthrough "for dummies" on this, please? I tried reading the Readme that came with Mask's program, but I still got the error message. Thanks for all the help so far--my TC is getting ever nearer to completion!
