Fleet Admiral does indeed have the same amount of squares, it merely lacks a rank cylinder...which is strange because less rank cylinders means a higher rank. ...Scath, where did you get the red-blue insignia? Am I wrong in that Well, in theory there is an insignia that is red and blue only for the rank of Grand Moff, but I have yet to find it. I do, though, see your point. I was under the impression that the rakn of Grand Moff was strictly a political rank, but that they were given command of the forces on duty in their sectors. If one follows that chart is seems to explain the confusing rank system in ANH, and why the system used in ESB differs so greatly. History is on the move, Captain.
