Problems Downloading RebEd

After I have downloaded rebed from this site I go to my start menu and go to the menu where rebed should be, but it only has the rebed ReadMe file and a rebed help file. The icon for the readme is a notepad and the icon for the other file is a notepad with a ? by it. None of these lead to the program my cousin showed me to edit everything in the game.

 

Is the download link on this site broken or what? Thanks for any help! Looking forward to 200 fighter wings in my deathstar!!

someone complained about this already before... you have to go to the FOLDER you install RebEd in and click the exe link there... so that will require knowledge of Windows explorer or a similiar program which you hopefully have .
