How exactly do I edit thing?

I installed Rebellion Editor, I go to its menu in the the start menu, it has two things, a readme and a help file which has about nothing in it.

 

Am I missing something here? How exactly do I edit SWR?

To run RebEd you'll need to go to the idrectory that you installed it to and run the exe from there - not sure why it doesn't add one to the start menu, but you can always do that yourself.

Once you're in RebEd, everythings pretty much self explanatory for editing units and structures.
