AdmiralToguroAni Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Okay, I'm finally back. That whole Agent Editing problem got me frustrated for a while, but I'm determined to get this over with now that summer break is here (incidentally, I got my R2D2 replacement up. Some R2D2 still shows up when the animations are long, but its mostly good). Anyway, my problem is that I want to put some music in my TC. Using MP3toWAV, I was able to create a WAVE file. I open the Mdata file, but the files there arent WAVs, they're just "file"s. I went ahead and replaced the WAVs in Mdata with the new ones anyway, burned the CD and put it in, and the music doesnt play. Any suggestions? Thanks. the_mask Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 The music files are plain old .wav files, the extension is just different So, in other words, use the exact filename of the music you want to replace (the first few big files are the movies) and you'll be fine. http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5183/animated9pn.gifhttp://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1778/reloadedbannerdu8.gifhttp://www.swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif
AdmiralToguroAni Posted May 6, 2005 Author Posted May 6, 2005 Thats part of the problem. I wanted to replace the "Space Encounter" theme (MDATA.307 and MDATA.313). I couldnt play the original files in Media Player or sound recorder, so I went ahead and copied their names and renamed the new file to MDATA.307 and put it in the MDATA folder, overwriting the old file. Now in my window, it just shows a generic file type for everything but the two new files, which have the traditional Windows Media Player graphic over the file. They wont play in rebellion, so I dont know what to do. Could it be that my files are too large? The new one is like 40 megs or something, so its substantially bigger Count Dooku is the strongest Star Wars character as depicted in the movies. All hail Christopher Lee.
