Editor for Rebellion?

I know that there is an editor to change character pictures, but I am wondering if there is a similar editor to change the STATS of a particular unit - for example, to give Star Destroyers 200 laser cannons, as opposed to 200 turbolasers, or to change the armor/shielding/price/production time of any side's unit. Is that possible?

Question: on that site, or anywhere else, are there fighter models for the more conventional starfighers? (TIE Fighers, Interceptors, B-Wings, A-Wings, etc) ?

There are, read up Mask's tutorial on Fighters which can be found in the download section.

Errrm, under the Fighter section, the tutorial link doesn't work, and none of the fighers are the standard Imperial 3 (TIE Fighter, Interceptor, Bomber), and neither the Rebel A-Wing or B-Wing are present, either.
