I just wondered if anyone had ever thought about doing a mod for this game, could be verey interesting.

I had that thought too. Would be cool to have Imperial squads, Rebel troopers, etc.

How would you explain the part where troopers spawn out of nowhere?

Who needs explaination? Does Dawn of War explain 'popping up' troops? I don't really remember seeing it.

 

Such games will always have certain things that can't be explained. You start having a super-realistic game, than it just becomes a simulator and not a game.

i've thinkin about some models for a SW mod. that would be cool i think.

 

and about that Spwan thing, who says that this must be in a star wars mod ?

well i think common sense, if your including storm troopers, jedi etc, i think i could very well be a star wars mod

Yeah and has a lot of potential this game.

And the troops are actually dropped from the Chapter's battlebarge which fits with the background.

In an SW mod pods could descend or rather shuttles.
