SW Rebellion registry question

Under the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAREHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC\Star Wars Rebellion....what is the key name for the Save Game location...

I don't think it's in the registry at all

 

I rather believe it's hard-coded into the exe to save them into the folder, that Rebellion is installed in

The saved games are stored at the following location assuming you did a default install where you did not change the path.

 

C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Rebellion\SaveGame

 

The files are created in the following format:

 

SAVEGAME.001

SAVEGAME.002

SAVEGAME.003

SAVEGAME.004

SAVEGAME.005

SAVEGAME.006

 

Which correspond to the 6 slots. I created another folder called MySaves and when I fill up the 6 slots I copy them to the second folder and append the day after the file name such as,

 

SAVEGAME.001.DAY15

SAVEGAME.002.DAY30

 

This allows me to restore the Save Games if I choose to and tells me from which of the 6 clots they come from. You can simply copy the file back to the SaveGame folder and remove the added extension and they work as if they are the original save game files.
