PHILBERT Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 Whenever I play Rebellion using RebEd, as soon as I start a new game, it gives me that "This program has performed an illegal operation" and closes the game. This is after I get through the ship sequence, but before the robot starts talking. I have reinstalled the game, updated the game, etc. However whenever I play Rebellion without RebEd, it works just fine. Edit:Alright, after some tampering I found the source of the problem. Apparently raising/lowering the troop or squadron amount on the ships causes the game to crash. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jahled Posted January 31, 2005 Share Posted January 31, 2005 That shouldn't have an effect. Given we don't know precisely what you edited it's pretty tricky to determin the source.
