More problems with Agent Editing

Its me again. I ran into a snag with editing the agent. Using the correct Rebellion color swatch and Paint Shop Pro, I created the intended replacement for R2D2. I used that base image as the bitmaps for Alsprite and Albrief.dll files. Then, I converted the picture into a .bin file using the program Mask gave me, and proceeded to replace all of R2s files in the 302 folder with it. When I start rebellion, the image still looks corrupted! What did I do wrong? any help would sure be appreciated!

Count Dooku is the strongest Star Wars character as depicted in the movies. All hail Christopher Lee.

Hmm, are you sure you have the right palette ? Go to PSP's Image menue, palette, edit palette to check that. That's practically the only thing I know, that can go wrong, besides using a picture, that's bigger than the original.

You replaced the 302 entries with the bin files you created, right ?
