Help with Agent Editing

Hello everyone! I'm new to this whole Rebellion Editing thing, but in the last month or so I've managed to almost build a new TC. I changed the cards and re-did the voice files and everything else. Now I'm down to the Agents. My first problem is that I cannot find all of their animations in Albrief and the Alsprite. I only see a very few of them. The BIG problem is that all of the images turn out to be VERY corrupt, to the point of looking like jumbled colors. This is one of the last two problems I'm having with my TC, so if you could help, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Sincerely,

Admiral Toguro (the Elder)

ToguroAni, PM me your email adress.

vakundok once made a tool for extracting the animations out of the dll's 302 folder. They are encoded, like so much else in the game.

The pics you saw are the first frames of every animation, the rest is in the encoded entries in the 302 folder. Notice the difference in the numbers of the entries and you have a gist on how long each animation can be.

I think you can't use longer animations, than the original ones, but I know they can be replaced with that tool. Sadly I haven't found the time yet to provide a good tutorial on how to use it, that's why you didn't see it in the downloads section so far.

Thanks. I sent the PM, Mask. Get back to me as soon as you can.

Also, I did convert it to 256 colors using Rebellion's swatch, too. It must be because it was a SERIES of images, as Mask said. My bad on that one.
