Here's the link for the prog. You nend WinRar to decompress it.

Instructions:

 

Open the File either from File-> Open or by clicking on "Browse..." next to the File Imput Field.

 

The program will analyze the file. (And most likely give you an error saying it cannot recognize the header).

 

In the "Explorer" tab in the lower part of the screen you will notice two icons on the left sidebar.

 

One will say something like MCMP, and the other will say IMUSE. Click on IMUSE, on the right side, near the bottom tehre will be two buttons. One that says, Play File (you can use it to "pre-hear" the file) and the other that will say "Decompress to .WAV" (which is the one you will use to extract the IMC into a .wav which is playable in all media players.

 

You might want to find another tool to compress them to MP3, if you want to save diskspace.

Nice one Trej, i've got what I wanted to hear from x-wing Alliance; though at 39 mb I might well need what you mentioned about mp4 conversion.

Just a quicky, but does anyone know of an idiot proof program to reduce the huge file sizes Trej's find creates? :?:
