I bring word of an upcoming Star Wars mod I hope you will be interested in.

Star Wars: Tides of War is a freelancer total conversion for the Star Wars universe. We are essentially making an entirely new game, using the remarkable adaptability of Freelancer's engine to create something that we hope will be even better than the original. The primary purpose of the server will be to role play effectively in a Star Wars universe. We will have factions, wars, alliances, intrigue, etc. These playable factions are the Galactic Empire, Rebel Alliance, Hutt Syndicate, Black Sun, Bounty Hunters, and Civilians.

Be warned about SW tides of war. I tried it and they kicked me out for having a slightly wrong tag, basically I used [ instead of } and left a space between tag and name instead of small hardly visible period. It was my mistake, but they kicked me for it! Its not actually finished either, only has some ships and takes a long time to get around. Plus, there are still very few information cards, and its max players is 40. Unless you really want to see it just wait.

They only do mean things if someone does something wrong. I wouldn't take it that way mate. The empire kicked me out the first day i joined becuase of the same thing and look at me now. Im head of the ship modeling area there XD

Actually, we kicked you out because you couldn't get a tag right after 15 mins of trying it. The mod is RP and we have a working way of doing things, if someone breaks the rules then we do act on it.

 

Your the only person thats been kicked out for that, because everyone else can get it right...
