Is there a way to change the assigned shortcut keys?

That was probably my biggest beef. Like to send a guy on a mission you have to hit ALT M, etc. There was no one hit shortcut for any action.

 

Is there anyway to reassign the shortcut keys to this game? That would also speed up multiplayer play.

 

Yeah I remember I used to use a Strategic Commander for Star Wars Rebellion. Worked like a charm. I broke it.

Sorry but I don't think you can reassignkeys exept if you change something in the .dlls but i don't know much about that.

Is a strategic commander that joystick develloped by Microsoft specially for strategie games?

Lets see, some of the more commoner ones I use are

ALT - and ALT + slow down and speed up the game

ALT S - Show stats (character, etc)

ALM M - Send on a mission

ALT 5 - IDLE PERSONNEL

 

There are many more. But this is just off the top of my head.

Aha! I figured it out. I will stick a sunflower seedling through my alt key as to hold it down permanately throughout the game.

The shortcut keys are a bit wierd, but helpfull when they become second nature.

 

My fingers spend alot of their time using:

 

ALT+5 Idle characters

ALT+6 Active characters

ALT+7 Idle Shipyards

ALT+8 Idle Training Facilities

ALT+9 Idle Construction Facilities

 

There are other useful ones, but like Scathe I have no idea where my manual is at this moment in time... however, right clicking on the advisor droid gives you all the options day to day gameplay should require if your feeling lazy; building stuff etc... just a click away!

You should present yours like mine. Mine is a translation of the french version so it may be that yours is better.
