I don't use a router so it is 4 $ per moth for my second IP adress from my ISp. If you have 65 dollors you get headset 1-year free and crimson skies free. I belive it is 5 $ per mounth

No, I'm not confused, I'm just in the blue on how it works. I understand that you only have to pay for a Live account. What I'm asking is whether it entails a recurring fee (i.e., monthly, yearly).
