Halo 2

I bought this game on XBox several days ago and it is absolutely awesome.

Well please dont spoil it for us that have to pay fines to the government for lack of running away But yes from what i have seen, Halo2 promises to be good and from what i have heard.....its awesome

I hope it's good, the first Halo was a real let down

 

I mean, it had it's good parts (escaping the spaceship, finding the escape pods, the beach head assault for a while) - though so much of it was monotonous , and the "twists" really sucked. It's ending was alright though, especially compared to most games with crapy endings these days.

I could never really figure out what was so great about the first Halo. I think most people only played it for the multiplayer. As for Halo 2, it looks pretty much like the first one, but from what I hear there are a few added features. The graphics aren't revolutionary. Games like this are almost exclusively for the gamers who can't wrap their minds around the more complex games out there today (present company excepted).

They have added several things such as the fact that there is a double plot and you get to play a Covenant. The fact you can hold two guns is great but one of my greatest deceptions was when i found out they changed the machine gun. The rifle i had used through out the first had disappeared

It didn't stop me from killi9ng loads of Covenants using usiz

I am also pissed of by the return of the floods.

No not the Shotgun!!! I would have been FURIOUS if they did. What they did was take out the Machine gun i guess everybody used through out the game. The one all the marines have.

Pfeww! The shotgun's in! Nevertheless, why would the take out the MA5B?! It was your basic means of survival; at least, it was mine! Moreover, what's a marine without an assault rifle?!

 

With regard to the return of both the Covenant and The Flood: we could have expected that. Halo ends with the Master Chief saying I have the feeling it's only just beginning..."

What they did was change it into two different guns.

First the machine guns. Uzi like and very good against grunts and floods. And can be double wielded.

Then the rifle which is the same exep't that it fires three bullet round at about a second interval and also has a sniper scope.

Not much. Two versions of the Warthog. And the normal stuff (tanks fighters...)

This probably is the place where I should say I don't have an Xbox, and don't have the money to buy one.
