Ok, so I've played reb ever since it came out. (Still one of my favorites) I played on the zone for years. One dark and gloomy evening here in the state of Washington, I was playing as the Imperials, pretty much handing my opponent his oportunity to beat me every 10 turns or so, and not getting an acceptance speach on the offer. He was doing very poorly. I figured: "I'm bored, why not?". So, I sent ONE Infilitrator unit to sabotage the Rebel base. Now, the base had a very good fleet blockading from an attack I didn't feel like making, General Skywalker (Jedi Student) and Admiral Antilles at the helm. On the fleet, and on the ground where a combined 6 sullistan regiments, and several of the other unit types that he had placed there to protect from sabotage and bombardment. On the planet itself (Yavin.. I don't know why he moved it there) was General Solo Yep, pretty much not using anything he really had against me. (Gotta protect that base, right?) So another 47 days went by, and it switches to the cutscene of the rebel base being attacked. My little Infiltrator squad had come through! My opponent surrendered after that.. Not the best fight I'd ever had over the Zone. =o)

A four letter word begining with 's' and ending in 't' seems a more apt description.

Can you still play on the Zone.?? I thought the site did not cater for Rebellion anymore :idea:

You have failed me for the last time.

Well yes, you can still play in thier direct play room. Getting a large number of people to actually show up and play has been a bit of a problem with other progams out there, and the fact that most players can just use MSN Messanger, rather than installing the Zone's software. *cough* Message me for a game. *cough* =o)
