FTP and SWR accounts

Ok .... can anyone explain me were to get a good FTP program and most important how to use it ?! I never use it such stuff and I want to get in my SWR account. Also I need a second one and I can reach Evaders or Stratus somehow .....any moderator support around ?

It's mainly used by web managers who need to upload files onto a server.

 

Personally, I Use FTP Explorer (FTPX), you should be able to google it and come up with a demo or something

Btw JediIgor I have 25 mb on your server but my account is quite full with this http://www.swrebellion.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=3 and the previews from here http://www.swrebellion.com/postt1188.html how can I make a new account using a FTP Program ?! before we had a cgi program on the old site. ....I don't seem to find Evaders or Stratus or my emails get lost in the many ones they have.
