Making a map

Hey, for all those that want to reply, I've been playing this mod for a while, and I'm getting kinda tired of playing a few maps with the same layout and everything, so I was just wondering how exactly you go about making your own map. I also heard that some third party maps don't work, so if anybody could point me in the right direction (i.e another thread explaining this, a place with directions, etc) I kinda want to try it out. you can make maps with a program called missionboyse (find it on the relicnews.com forums)
