On the topic of low-budget movies, I found Monty Python and the Holy Grail to be quite...um...good! :D (not just those who enjoy British humour will like this!). Also, I'm a fairly big fan of the Evil Dead trilogy (each movie had a budget of about $20 more than its prelude). It seems to be more popular these days than it was when it first came out...not too surprising really...

Favourite Star Wars movie? ROTJ! :) (for various reasons you've probably already heard from others)

Bruce Cambell (Ash from Evil Dead) played the wrestling announcer in the the first Spiderman movie (which Evil Dead creater, Sam Raimi, directed). Campbell also gives a hilarious walkthrough of the Spiderman 2 video game. :D

I got the Bruce Campbell Vs. The Army of Darkness (Special Boomstick Edition) on DVD recently. It's great! Not nearly as gory as the first two though. There were literally oceans of blood in those! 8O

This...this is my...BOOMSTICK!

I got mine from Wal-Mart, so you might wanna try looking around there or the other 'super stores'.

It's a two disk set (one for the original film and the other for Director's cut, deleted scenes, commentary, and 'Behind the Scenes' footage). It's not exactly cheap, but it's a must for ED fans!

I also saw Campbell appear in the Spiderman 2. If i remember well i think it was him who looks after he tickets at the theater in the film. He stops the guy from going in because the play has started.

Difficult, isn't it?

You have no idea...

I enjoyed Braveheart immensely (I'm part Scottish, so it wasn't too difficult :) ). And then there's Spaceballs...

I won't even get into that one! :D

Space Balls... ***sigh of nostalgia*** One of my favorite films. Ever to be seen by all means.

-Comb the Desert

-Sir aren't we being too literal?

Those who have seen the film will understand

Yet to see True Romance, though I've seen a few other Tarantino's - like Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs which are good. Saw Kill Bill Volume 1, can't say I liked it that much

Other good movies:

Seven

Negotiator

Fight Club

Bruce Almighty

Ocean's 11

The Professional

Fargo

Oh Brother Where out Thou

The Big Lobuwski

Back to the point of this thread (meaning I didn't feel like going through the pages of useless stuff typed before I returned), how can people say ROTJ is better than ESB? :? ESB was the revolution for Star Wars, the turning-point where we get more indepth stuff about the "bad guys" and the good guys. I mean, most sequels suck, but Star Wars truly took off with Empire. Without it, Star Wars would be nothing; granted without ANH Star Wars would literally be nothing, but think about it: Empire was what launched the saga because it takes two before it can be such.

:?

I hope that made sense. :(
