Good Movies

I saw Spiderman 1 and 2. The first was okay but the second nearly sent me to sleep. I think what i disliked was the radical chance of style.

Saw X-Men 1 and found it rather good but no more.

Didn't bother with the hulk.

Dardevil was HORRIBLE.

I think i shall hire Punisher one of these days.

Of course, X-Men 2 was actually a story more or less conveyed in the comics as well! I have high hopes for the upcoming Batman movie as well! BTW, what did you guys think of Hellboy?

I've finally found a Video Rental that does have Kurosawa movies and rented some of them to watch during Easter Holiday (It's one week were national TV channels only show those 60s Roman Themed movies (Ben Hur, Cleopatra, Quo Vadis, Spartacus, the list goes on and on... Heck even Jesuschrist Superstar!) So I needed to watch something else. I watched Yoshimbo (I afterwards rented 'For a Fistful of Dollar' and laugh off as every scene in the Spaghetti Western mimicked Kurosawa's Yoshimbo.), I rented Hidden Fortress and Sanjuro. I enjoyed them quite a while, though it kept me from looking for images for Reloaded Cards (Let's hope La_Forge doesn't catch me here )...

 

Recently, I saw Robots (went there with my sis, she'd enjoy the movie and I'd get to see the ROTS trailer in its cinematographic glory). And I found it quite amusing. Not as good as other such as Ice Age or Shrek.

 

What's se7en? (And I have been told to steer clear from Comic Chars turned into movies chars, thus I haven't seen Punisher, nor Electra, nor Daredevil, etc... And in the future I'd most likely NOT see Fantastic Four, nor Sin City...)

 

 

Woo Kurosawa all the way! One of the best film makers ever. I recently watched Dersu Uzala again. I would say that was his best movie.

 

I also saw Shaolin Soccer yesterday. LOL. A must have for everyone. Extremely stupid and funny...

 

Fight Club was okay, and Snatch was just brillinat. Brad Pitt is really a good actor.

After watching those terribly bad trailers, I decided not to waste my money on that.

The Boondock Saints is great for any1 who hasn't seen it. =o)

I found Hellboy rather good. Not an fantastic film but very enjoyable.

 

I got to see Hitch yesterday. I found it rather fun to watch.
