Okay SM i thought i might just post a few picks of Tuvax's very very very preliminary appearence. It took me many tries to finally start getting somewhere. But if i succeed the little project i told you about might start getting somewhere.

Okay on the left you can see my reference pic with the vertics placed.

As you can see on the right, his face is still rather flat but i am going to move the vertics about to give him a bit of form.

Once the head is done i shall start work on the rest of the body. And try to imagine him with sith tattoos and a crest.

Actually, Im not. I REALLY need to get back to Dresnak to start my campaign to turn the Vagaari agains the Repora. If Sabre gets rebuilt, will have to send them to you from Dresnak, which is where they are right now.

To all of those that spoke of making a quick movie about the start of the repora wars, here is a script for you all. I had to fall back on some old writing skill that I rarely use, so hopefully this turns out to everyones liking.

After reviewing my post, i realize I could have done a lot better on it. Confusion was bound to occur after that one. My bad.

 

But what does everyone think of my script for a Repora Wars intro movie?

Well bascically i was thinking that DJ would order me to escort BS over to Gorath.

 

You're thing sound more like a trailer and sounds rather cool and not too too hard to make.

What do you think of themodel of Tuvax I am working on. One of the main reasons i am making it is that I think the idea of making an animation movie out of this saga is REALLY AWESOME!!!

btw BS have you solved you're PC problems and if you have which 3d prog did you choose in the end?

Your model is looking good so far man. Very nice. As for what program i finally settled for, I chose 3D Canvas, basically because of the huge amount of tutorials that it comes with. Its slow going, But I am learning quickly.

Have look at 3DLinks or 3DCafe for more tutorials or textures. If we work together we may manage to make this movie

Its possible that we may be able to pull it off. But animating creatures does not sound very fun to me. Although it would be worth it in the end.

Animating actually isn't that hard once you have set up a skeleton for you character.

Actually lets see.

 

Tuvax should begin attacking Imperial forces on the planet. Small scale skirmishes.

 

Fury should begin engaging the UDa forces on the planet. Small scale skirmishes also.

 

Evahe could begin raiding reinforcing convoys.

 

And the smugglers could be smugglers and attempt to smuggle supplies to Ord Mantell.

 

Garik could do the same thing as Evahe and Hirotek and Athien, and even Thrawn... Raids on enemy convoys.

My lack of knowledge about Raporan ground forces and tactics makes the Fury thing difficult.

 

Raids would be fun.

 

BS seems to be in charge of the smugglers, so Burt is ready for action.

I will post tomorrow. I will have Garik at some point escort Hirotek over to Gorath (only when you are ready BS).

Tuvax will engage the Imperial forces and sustain loses but will also inflict many by using different "reptilian" technics

I also intend to greatly move along on Tuvax's head

I also have to think up a text and face for Garik's card. I will sleep on it and also try and think about the law exam I have tomorrow.
