FINALLY!!!

Ok, this last game was a definitive victory for me.

 

Using nothing but commandoes, i held the rebellion at bay. i sabatoged everything i cam across. Mines, shipyards, and troop facilities were my main targets.

 

I killed Mon Mothma and Skywalker in one sweep, with commandoes making mincemeet of everything, and everyone, on corellia.

 

As for the headquarters, it didnt last long against a dozen Vic Star, loaded down with bombers.

 

I have never utilized commandoes and the nohgri so much. i pulled this off on day 860.

You mean, you abducted Mothma and Skywalker ?

 

AFAIK, they cannot be killed, since it's an objective in the game to capture them, also a major char cannot die at all.

WOOHOO! You finally won! Personally, that doesn't sound like that fun of a game. Anyone can just commando the 'ell of of 'em. Without space battles the game is lacking....

That, and i was drinking when i posted that, so it made perfect sence at the time.

 

And yes, without the space battles, it was lacking. But at least i was victorius, ending a long string of humiliating defeats.

Now you could try to achieve your second victory with a combination of sabotage and fleet battles

i prefer a victory by schorched earth... if you bombar a planet long enough, it will become totallt useless!

I also do a WWII stratigy which is basicly... If you see a planet with a C-yard, T-trainer, or S-yard, sabotoge untill they scream for blood
