Yes, I am interested myself at how far along the rebuilding is at in the post-NJO books. Because it's what 5 years after TUF?

I am most interested in how they are gonna rebuild Coruscant, that a lot of vines to take down.

They may have some remains from those massive biolding droids that were used to tear down old parts of the city. Even the Vong didn't get rid of everything there. Thye were building on one of the mid-level layers, not the ground of the planet.

History is on the move, Captain. Those who cannot keep up with it will be left behind, to watch from a distance. And those who stand in our way will not watch at all.

Actually most Coruscant is intact, it's been only the top layers that have been pulverized and build again, but you scratch the surface and you'll have your usual Coruscant. Constructions droids would actually make most of the work and the dyuram will help control the climate and the nasty animals for the timebeing.

But can the Galactic Alliance control a duryam?

That's true, Jacen can. But I doubt the Vong would have stayed to help rebuild an "abombination (sp?)"

Yeah Jacen for sure can keep it under control. As for the Vong, perhaps but I think it's more likely the Vong remaining on Coruscant will try to form resistance groups rather than help the infidels.

Or maybe the "shamed ones" will be the only ones aloud on Coruscant or something. I doubt they would rebel.

I think that most of the Vong willingly left the planet when they were defeated. the Shamed Ones may have been permitted to stay, but I think even they would rather be on Sekot.

The majority of the Vong probably realized it was hopless yes, but their are probably plenty who will fight to the death...enough to give the GFFA a headache

Harrar, Nas Choka and a group of Jedi would have been able to soften up whatever resistance there was left. Shamed Ones would never have remained on Coruscant, they went all to their "sacred homeworld", I think Harrar and Nas Choka would have seen to have some shapers remain with the dyuram, along with Jacen to control the thing until GFFA specialists can handle it.

They may even have looked for a way to transfer the duryam to another planet, or even to Sekot. They may have killed it too...

Intercepter are cool but they are always show as getting there buts kicked by the rebellion. But then the Rebellion ship designs are all stolen from other places and they are really not overly special, they just have better pilots. personally I like the Jedi starfighter because only the really skilled will be able to fly it so if you see some of them come onto the battle field you just leave them to someone else and hope they dont attack you.

I just have a thing for the jedi starfighters. The high manouverability and the speed seem to make them cool. ALthough they wouldn't be good for normal beings, they work well for the jedi. As far as normal beings' ships, the A-wing then takes my vote! They're cool too.

X-wings are too bulky for me. I need something zippy. They also seem to fall apart really easily as you can see in Ep IV and VI, but maybe thats just because of how the did the SFX!
