Luke cannot be turned to the Dark Side. No character can change sides.

 

There is a Final Battle event, but the result of it is only whether Luke gets captured or whether Palpy+Vader get captured.

 

If you insist on an evil Luke give Cain's TCs a try.

If I'm not mistaken, Luke cannot be killed either, which, for that matter, neither of the major characters can...
