Rebellion Reloaded Beta Beta

Can not get this to work with Steam version   Would throw money at anyone who can get it going and put up detailed instructions

Hi All,

I'll second this request.  Can anyone provide any instructions to get Reloaded to work on Steam or GOG?  I've tried the installation on both versions with no success, the Reloaded intro screen successfully plays, but it is straight vanilla afterwards.  There is no ReadMe that I can find (other than a thank you), there is vague mention of Resource Hacker.  

Any suggestions?

I've copy the contents of rr_beta to the game folder but the icons are inverted
