We recently release the Rebellion 25th anniversary patch. It contains 23/39 better 3D models.
However I retrieved many others from other games that could be even better, but i have yet to make them work as DirectX .x objects.

I'm sure we can work together on that.

Mission ids are binary flags if i recall correctly.

0=nothing

1=mission 1

2=mission 2

4=mission 3

8=mission 4

16=mission 5

32=mission 6

64=mission 7

128= mission 8

...

Sum the numbers on the left (which are 2 to the power of n) to enabled the sumed ones at the same time.

I know some works were already done, but I'm working on giving Star Wars Rebellion a fine treatment by making sure, we base our improvement on factual data about Star Wars Universe.

Given all that, I prepared some data to work with :
- Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planet pictures in PNG HD with transparent background
- Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planet pictures in 37x37 BMP sprites
- Excel file listing :
    - Star Wars Rebellion planets
    - Star Wars The Esssential Atlas planets (76 iconic planets)
    - All Canon and Legend planets + Region/Sector/System/Coordinates
    - Auto Generated map for SWR planets to see how they spread on the Galactic Map
    - Auto Generated map for Legends planets to see how they spread on the Galactic Map

With this I think we can discuss which 20 sectors to have and which planets to select to build the most accurate/iconic top 200 planets galaxy map for the game.

Any help is welcome.

The game has 26 built in planet sprites (1 is reserved for destroyed one).
I'm trying to have 201 different sprites (and later to update the encyclopedia as well).

I'm wondering if hyperspace travel times are auto computed based on X/Y positionning of sectors/planets.

Also, I think MODI's Atlas is quite the best source of information.

What are the current status of both undergoing works? MrPhildevil and DarthTex.

I got the atlas book from MODI. It really is the best source of information for cartography and planet pictures.
