I got together a fleet of 1 Dreadnought, 7 star destroyers (class I and II), and a crap load of frigates. Problem is the game minidumps after about 30 minutes of game time and the crashes become progressively faster the longer the game has been played. At first the game would crash in about 30 minutes game time. Now that I have about and one hour and forty minutes game time on a save file the game only runs for about fifteen minutes.

I am running SoSE V 1.17 and SoGE V .9. I haven't had crashes while the game is unmodded. I've read some stuff about needing HW2 to run the mod, but I'm not sure if that's the same for V.9. Anyway, some help would be very appreciated and great mod guys!

opening the files

Can someone help me, when i download the files for warlords, i am unable to open the files in notepad, i want to see the scripting and such, cause i found that to be the best way for me to learn about modding.

Hoth #2

Hi there, I do have a problem running the 2nd single player game from the latest version of the Warlords mod. I'm also wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue like this, because personally I don't like the CPU using nav's, I think they should be only used when the player sets it up that way. ???

New (i think) texture issue

just started running warlords on xp x64. everything is smooth, runs great. but textures on asteroids and explosion effects are striped. here are screens:

http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii215/korn421/ss00015.jpg

http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii215/korn421/ss00013.jpg

http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii215/korn421/ss00019.jpg

i dont know if it has anything to do with a 64bit OS, but as far as ive heard, im the only one thats active on the forums using one, and thats all ive changed since my last warlords install. this is .6.
